Since I purchased my apartment, I’ve entrusted Kin Real Estate with its management, and it has been almost six years now. Over the past few years, Lilian has been the person managing my property. She is kind, sincere with clients, responsible, and always responds to messages and emails promptly — even outside of office hours. Her strong sense of responsibility and genuine care for landlords truly impressed me. The agency has consistently handled all property-related expenses on my behalf, so I never have to worry about missing payments for things like body corporate fees. The monthly statements and financial year statement are clear, and payments are always made on time. They’ve always done their best to find tenants quickly at the most suitable rental price, minimizing my vacancy losses and advertising costs. Communication between tenants and myself has also been handled smoothly, which gives me great peace of mind and trust in their service. I originally wanted to take them out for a meal to show my appreciation, but they politely declined, saying it was simply part of their job. So, I’ve decided to leave them a 5-star review instead!
