With over 15 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Rob leads the Property Management department at KIN Real Estate, overseeing operations, team development, systems, and service delivery. He also acts as the lead Business Development Manager, supporting sustainable growth and strong client relationships.

Rob’s career spans both large agencies and boutique businesses, including 6 years as owner and director of an inner-Melbourne property management agency where he achieved 700% growth and implemented industry-leading processes, procedures, and customer service standards. His background in hospitality prior to real estate has shaped his strong service mindset, attention to detail, and people-first leadership approach.

Known for his honesty, professionalism, and strong work ethic, Rob leads with kindness and empathy while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. A straight-talker and skilled negotiator, he values clear, two-way communication and ensures clients remain informed, compliant, and confident throughout the property management journey.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys travelling, exploring Melbourne, staying active through sport, and spending time with animals. He is an accomplished ten-pin bowler, having won multiple league titles at The Keys in Preston, and makes the most of opportunities to get out on the golf course.
